Think of Meditation as a targeted work out for your brain - training it to understand that if things or a situation is not as you would like that there are perhaps other options. In a world that is none- stop and on the go all the time, taking time out each day - with just a few minutes meditation will enable you to mentally relax and refresh, thus putting you in a better state to deal with the rest of the day in a more effective way. Meditation is very much a technique to train you to be mindful.

This 4-week course will introduce you to Meditation and get you started.

I will enjoy sharing many different techniques with you over the course, as there is NOT one area that fits all. By trying a variety of techniques, it really helps you discern what will create a more balanced outcome for you in your practice.

breathwork, guided meditations, contemplation, grounding, candle staring, mantra and much more.

Meditation 4 x week - one to one course consisting of 1-hour sessions.

Investment £48 per person.
